Hannah visits her relatives...

When we told Hannah, the needle felted Belted Galloway cow (made by April Ross) that we were going to the Berkshires, she hopped into a tote bag and insisted on coming along for the ride.

We left her in the car while we were dining at the Old Creamery. We found her shouting/chatting/mooing rather loudly with the deli mascot when we returned to the car.

We continued into the Berkshires...such beautiful day!

We finally arrived at a road we love and found last year. We hoped we would see Hannah's relatives grazing nearby.

Needless to say. Hannah wanted to visit. She practically jumped out of the car and climbed up on to the fence.

The cows were mostly under the shade of the trees. It was scorching hot out there!

Well, it didn't really all happened that way...or did it? That is my story and I am sticking to it ...and I have the pictures to prove it!

Happy Monday and

...enjoy the day!

P.S. Visit Martha and Jane and Caruthers to find out about the gnome party!

Hannah looks right at home with her cousins although it reminds me a wee bit of "The Country Mouse and the City Mouse". I'm sure Hannah felt lucky to go back home, away from the scorching heat, and "Catch the Breeze" with her pal, Heart! Love those Belties!!!!

Oh- and what a lovely road to Beltieland!
