It's Friday again and that can only mean one thing....the weekend!This weekend is a special one because Sunday is Mother's Day. I want to wish everyone a Happy Mother's Day. For some people, it is a hard day if you have lost your mother (as I have) so I want to send a hug out to those of you have felt that loss. I also want to send best wishes to those who are step-mothers, foster mothers, Dads who are mothers, and anyone who plays the role of a nurturing mother in a child's life.
Enjoy your day. Enjoy your weekend, too. And most of all, enjoy celebrating Mother's Day....even though EVERY day is Mother's Day.

Mother's Day was begun when a WWI mother pleaded with the leaders of the world to end wars. A perfect idea and so true of mother's love.
Thank you for your kind sentiments to all mothers. Maybe those wars will one day become a thing of the past. I so hope so.
