A vey happy day!

As of this writing, twelve miners have been rescued in Chile. This is such very good and happy news in a world that is quite troubled. I hope all will go well for the rescue of the remaining miners. Truly, this is a joyful event.

My "happy doll" in the photo was made by Yolanda Montano. Click on the photo for a link to her store. What a happy looking doll! I think she has an exceptional face. As many of you know, the Ackley family of dolls is quite large here.

Her little companions were needle felted by me. They are happy, too!

My blogging schedule will be changed a bit in the days to come. Real life stuff and holiday projects are in the works. I am thinking of opening an Etsy store myself but am not quite ready to take the plunge. In the meantime, I have much to do.
