Yes..I am still here!
Where did the time go? I went to many places, made a lot of art, and just plain got busy with day to day stuff.
We had a GLORIOUS autumn with the best weather I have seen in decades. Sunny dry days! Cool nights! Perfect! It is a pleasure to say that since we have had such extreme weather for several years now.
It's almost Thanksgiving in the USA! Can Christmas be far behind? Are you ready for the holidays? As I get older I do less and less but seem to enjoy them more. It's the spirit of the season...not the meal...not the gifts. The holiday season is a time of good will that I wish would extend throughout the whole year!
Early wishes for a happy Thanksgiving...
and happy Hanukkah if you celebrate it.
(Hanukkah begins Wednesday evening.)
Hope all is well in your world, and as always,
enjoy the day!

It's the spirit of the season...not the meal and not the gifts...I so agree...its seems the whole world is just a little more merry this time of the year. I love your makings...so cute...blessings friend
I agree, I think it is really easy to get caught up in the festive season rush to get ready for Christmas day.
I love the critters holding the acorns. I am guessing that you made them - so cute!
Good to hear from you, Helen :-) And thank you for the Thanksgiving Mouse; he is adorable.
Happy Thanksgiving!

So glad you had a fabulous fall. Your illustration is adorable! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours (and you're absolutely right about the spirit of the season is what matters).
'Tis indeed the spirit of the season, that gives it meaning, isn't it? Love, mindfulness, and gratitude for all that we have. I am truly grateful Helen for the friendship you've shown me over the years.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
