The more it snows...

Good morning from a blizzard! We are at the end of it, fortunately, and have had no damage. The blizzard was kind enough to wait until after Christmas to land upon us!

We had a wonderful Christmas and hope you did, too! The little monkey in the photo above was gift from a dear friend. He seems to be quite old and so sweet in his little red flannel outfit. Baby Monkey is about 4 inches tall sitting down..and such a joy!

Time to dig out today. The sun is just starting to shine though it is bitter cold. The wind chill factor is less than zero at the moment. Mr. DollZandThingZ is using the snowblower as I type.

Whatever your weather,

enjoy the day!

I thought of you when I saw the weather report....no snow here but,it was very cold for Texas...got down around 19 before morning....my little mobile home felt like a ice cube when I crawled out from under the covers.......took my space heater about half the day to warm it up in here :)
That little sock monkey is very sweet....I got one from a friend as well for Christmas...he isn't old but,I love him just the same....blessings on your New year.....Shelley

Do you think I'm crazy because I want a blizzard here in my part of MS?

I'm glad to hear you are digging out, and didn't have to travel in such dreadful weather. I've thought of you and other friends on the coast while watching the amazing images. So beautiful, if you don't have to go anywhere!

Happy New Year to you!

Beth

I'm glad to know that you are doing ok, and that the weather hasn't been a hardship. Goodness, it didn't fool it around did it?

Take good care.

That monkey is absolutely darling! What a lovely friend to have given it to you.

I love snow, but of course, enough is enough. It is so beautiful. Indeed, enjoy!
