It is just the sort of thing that I have a fondness for.

On one of our drives, my mister and I came across an old stone wall, that fortunately is considered a treasure in the little town it's in, and thus, as been maintained. We don't have many things like that in our part of the world. This wall was built as part of an old fort and surrounds a big grassy area. There are a few stone buildings in the town too. I love those.

All my best,

LenaLenahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16147259175811183482noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29315747.post-75490635146286011192010-11-08T08:28:12.880-05:002010-11-08T08:28:12.880-05:00Thank-you for taking us along with you on your New...Thank-you for taking us along with you on your New England ramble. (Bilbo Baggins) What a beautiful trip you took. The first time I saw rock walls was Inishmoor- one of the Aran Islands off the coast of Ireland- the entire Island is COVERED with them!!! Like a huge maze! I love his work. We grow rocks here too (a real pain when your digging the garden!)Flutterby Patchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07979954537321256148noreply@blogger.com
